Laura has a background in Human Resources, most recently in transformational change and regulatory requirements. She brings to the board experience in supporting clients in the corporate, charity and public sectors.

Lia is a strategic and resourceful global leader who brings 20 years of experience in financial services and volunteered within a couple of different charities in Edinburgh, over the years.

Robert has a background in Electrical Engineering and IT, specialising in programmes of transformational change. He brings to the Board his management experience in international private and public sector organisations.

Ikem Odikanekwu has over 20 years of experience in project management, operational governance, and client engagement within the financial services sector. He brings to the board a practical understanding of how to manage risk, apply governance frameworks effectively, and keep client needs at the heart of service delivery.

Douglas has more than 4 decades of experience in the Public Sector in a range of specialisms including operational and change management, engagement and communication with staff and customers, leadership and governance as well as HR and financial management. 

Eileen has over 25 years in Human Resources management in legal practices both in London and Scotland. She has spent the last nine years in her current role in volunteering management at Strathcarron Hospice.

Cat brings experience in policy, public affairs, strategy and stakeholder engagement. She is proud to support the Bureau’s work to provide trusted advice and advocacy across Clackmannanshire, with a particular interest in building strong partnerships, shaping clear strategy and finding practical solutions that make a real difference to local communities.
